Show that you have arranged travel guarantees
If you have arranged travel guarantees with us at the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency, you may use our wording to show that this has been done. By using our wording, you will also be helping your travellers to understand what a travel guarantee means.
Here is the wording you can use on your website:
We have arranged a travel guarantee with the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet)
The travel guarantee means that you will be able to receive compensation if any part of your package trip or linked travel arrangements is cancelled in the event that we should become insolvent.
The travel guarantee that we have arranged means that you are entitled to compensation for the unfulfilled part of the package trip or linked travel arrangement that we are responsible for.

Find operators with travel guarantees
The list shows travel operators that have fulfilled their obligations in accordance with the Travel Guarantee Act (resegarantilagen). This means that the travel operator has registered their operation with us at the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency and has arranged a guarantee according to our decision.
The search tool does not show all travel operators who have arranged guarantees. If you are not able to find a certain travel operator, you are welcome to contact us by telephone on 08-700 08 00 or by e-mail to resegarantier@kammarkollegiet.se
