When will I receive my reimbursement regarding Detur Norway Nuf's travel guarantee?

We have now made decisions concerning reimbursement in all cases that belong to the travel guarantee issued by Detur Norway Nuf.

When will I receive my reimbursement regarding Detur Sweden AB's travel guarantee?

We have started making decisions regarding reimbursement from the travel guarantee.

The following applies to you who have applied for reimbursement from the travel guarantee but have not yet received a decision on your case.

  1. If you have already received reimbursement, in whole or in part, you are not entitled to reimbursement for that amount from the travel guarantee. You should therefore withdraw your application from us. Contact us at kompletteringresearenden@kammarkollegiet.se.
  2. Check your e-mail. If your case needs to be supplemented, we will e-mail you about it. Also check your spam.
  3. We might also call you. We therefore ask you to answer if you get a call from a phone number that starts with +46 870. Then it is Kammarkollegiet who tries to contact you regarding your case.
