Email sent with information about Mixx Travel AB
We will send you an email if you have applied for reimbursement from the travel guarantee regarding Mixx Travel AB. It is important that you answer our questions since a decision on the matter otherwise will take more time. Keep in mind that the email may have ended up in your spam/junk folder.
Answer a number of questions to speed up the processing
- The email contains a link to an email service with our questions. Click on the link to answer the questions.
- You will need your case number (it starts with 15.6 and you will find it in the email), as well as destination and departure date for the trip you have applied compensation for.
- You should not log in with a e-identification.
- You should not enter your account number in the e-service.
- We need your answers within 7 days of receiving the email.
Have you booked more trips with the same tour operator?
If you have sent several applications for reimbursement from the travel guarantee with Mixx Travel AB, you have received several emails from us with different case numbers, one for each case.
It is important that you answer the questions in each case. You will be asked to state the departure date and destination for each case. If you do not know which of your trips belongs to which case, we can still determine which case your answer refers to based on the departure dates and destinations you specify. You must give an answer for each trip with the tour operator.
Submit additions if we have requested it
If you have received a request for completion from us (look in your spam/junk folder to be safe) and have not yet answered it, it is very important that you do so immediately – you must answer both the request and the questions asked in the link.
I have received compensation in another way– what do I need to do?
If you have received money from elsewhere - withdraw your application with us immediately.
