For travelers currently at their destination
If your hotel asks you to pay again for your stay – save the receipt. Once you return home, you can apply for reimbursement through the travel guarantee for your additional expenses. The same applies if your flight is canceled – save the receipt and apply for reimbursement when you are back home.

You need to submit your application so that we have it by October 31, 2025. This means that the application must have reached us by that date, regardless of whether you send it digitally or by post.
