3 Insurance claim

Information on how to submit a claim is available at www.kammarkollegiet.se.

The claimant shall as do the following:

• In the event of assault, attach proof of reporting issued by the police at the site where the claim arose.

• In the event that checked luggage is delayed, attach proof that this has been reported to the transport company.

• Submit an itemised claim for compensation and attach digital receipts or other supporting documents.

• If another insurance policy applies for the same claim, notify Kammarkollegiet of this.

• If Kammarkollegiet so requests, provide information and submit medical certificates and other documents that Kammarkollegiet needs to settle the claim.

Provisions

If the insured fails to fulfil their obligations under the terms and conditions of Student IN, the compensation may be reduced or denied entirely.
